As supply for hydrocarbon fuels is limited and cannot fulfill the rise in demand from growing economies such as China and India, new energy generation technologies such as solar and wind power have seen increasing demand globally. As a supplier of advanced products and engineering services for alternative energy devices and equipment, AGS-TECH Inc. has seen an increase in requests for these from existing and new customers. • January 2009: AGS-TECH Inc. revised its website to make it more customer friendly. • November 2008: AGS-TECH Inc. senior management and board of directors met in Vancouver-Canada to discuss acquisition of an electronic components and accessories manufacturer in China. The acquired company manufactures continuous-ink-supply-systems (CISS), computer hardware, cables, mobile phone accessories. The acquisition is expected to be finalized early 2009. It is expected to nearly double the company's yearly sales revenues. • September 2008: Mr. Jem Sinclair Brooks is appointed as the CEO of AGS-TECH Inc. Jem replaces the previous CEO Ayhan Sekeroglu.
