PIPES, TUBES, HOSES and BELLOWS are widely used in PNEUMATIC, HYDRAULIC and VACUUM applications. Depending on your particular application, dimensional requirements, environmental requirements, standards requirements we can supply you off-the-shelf as well as custom manufactured pipes, tubes, hoses and bellows as well as all needed connection components, fittings and accessories.
Our FLUOROPOLYMER TUBES offer outstanding chemical, heat, and weather resistance and are used for fluid transfer in a wide range of fields, including electronics, semiconductors and liquid crystals, medical and food, fine chemicals. Our FLUOROPOLYMER HOSES offer outstanding characteristics including chemical resistance and heat resistance, with the outside reinforcement of braided stainless steel wire and can be processed with a predetermined tool or flare.
Our stainless steel annular corrugated METALLIC FLEXIBLE HOSES are manufactured in austenitic steel grades ANSI 321, 316, 316L & 304 and conform to BS 6501, Part-1. The annular corrugated metallic hose body provides the flexibility and pressure tight core of the assembly. Highly flexible close-pitch hoses are manufactured for special applications. When pressure is applied, unbraided hoses tend to elongate axially; and to restrain this, an external layer of SS wire braid is provided. Multiple layers of braiding are provided for high pressure applications. The braiding is highly flexible and follows the movement of the hose. The braid is manufactured in SS 304, SS 316 and SS 321 wire. We also supply custom wire braid in different configurations as per customer specifications. Our braided hydraulic hoses meet SAE domestic & DIN international standards. Some advantages of STAINLESS CORRUGATED BELLOW HOSES are their high physical strength combined with light weight, suitable for a wide temperature range (-270° C to + 700°C), their good corrosion, fire, moisture, abrasion and penetration resistance, their good vibration and noise absorption characteristics from pumps, compressors, engines etc., compensation for intermittent or constant movement, compensation for thermal expansion of contraction of piping, misalignment correction capability, being flexible and a quick alternative for rigid piping in difficult locations. Stainless Steel Corrugated Bellow hoses with SS Braiding are used for acids, alkalis, liquid ammonia, nitrogen, hydraulic oil, steam, air and water.
Our STAINLESS STEEL BRAIDED PTFE HOSES are constructed of virgin material with a series 300 stainless steel wire braid reinforcement jacket. The PTFE fluoropolymer core is inert and offers long flexural life, low permeability, non-flammability, and a very low coefficient of friction. The stainless steel braid permits higher pressure applications, reduces the possibility of kinking, and protects the core of the hose. Optional silicone jacketing on hoses offers protection from high temperatures and keeps the hoses outer surfaces clean and smooth to eliminate particle entrapment for sanitary conditions. For our stainless steel braided PTFE hoses, general temperature range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 450°F (232.2°C), they Impart no taste or odor to streams of fluid going through, hoses are easily cleaned and sterilized by autoclave, steam, or detergent. AGS-TECH Inc. offers full line of crimp fittings, custom lengths, sizes, other overbraiding materials, special cleaning, and/or packaging, custom crimped-on or flare-through assemblies.
Our VACUUM FLEXIBLE HOSES and BELLOWS are manufactured in a clean environment and can be used in vacuum technology fields. The vacuum technology is widely used in the semiconductor, LCD, LED, space development, accelerator and food industries and is one of the indispensable technologies. Our on process gas piping systems, super clean pipes made of vacuum double-melted materials are used to improve the cleanliness. The flexible hoses with their inner surfaces polished, have been developed to meet the requirements for higher cleanliness. An ultra-low Mn vacuum double-melted material is used for the tube end and therefore the corrosion resistance of the tubes welded zone is very high. Inner surface roughnesses are about Rz 0.7 microns or less, vacuum hoses and bellows are exposed to precision cleaning in clean room before shipment. Our customers specify the joint model when ordering vacuum hoses and bellows. We can fabricate Titanium and HASTELLOY bellows. WIRE REINFORCED PVC HOSES are a flexible and economical solution for mechanical pump roughing lines. These hoses are suitable for basic vacuum service to levels of 1x10Exp-3 Torr. The hoses wire reinforced walls prevent tube from collapsing while under vacuum loads, yet provides adequate flexibility for convoluted line paths. The PVC hoses are secured to the flange terminations via stainless steel hose clamps. Flexible PVC wire reinforced hoses are available in various sizes, with or without end terminations. In the non-terminated form, hoses are sold by the foot to 100 feet lengths. Our VACUUM PIPES consist of various joints, such as NW flange, VG, VF and ICF flanges, elbow and reducer.
Contact us also for specialty pipes, tubes, hoses and bellows, as we do carry some specialty products. For example HOSE / ELECTRICAL CORD COMBINATION REELS with spring drives serve dual purpose. Combination electric & air/water hose reels and single electric reels with 30 AMP rated collector ring, furnished with 16, 14, and 12 gauge wire for indoor commercial electrical power applications. Other specialty items are Spring Return Hose Reels, Motor Driven and Hand Crank Hose Reels, push-on hoses, pressure wash hoses, suction hoses, air brake hoses, refrigerant beadlock hoses, spiral hydraulic hoses, COILED AIR HOSE ASSEMBLIES.
Our pneumatic and hydraulic hoses are manufactured to meet or exceed industrial specification requirements of SAE, DOT, USCG, ISO, DNV, EN, MSHA, German Lloyd, ABS, FDA, NFPA, ANSI, CSA, NGV, CARB and UL-21 LPG standards.
